Revision Marks Not Printing Correctly in Print Merge

Problem:
In a print merge with a main document that contains revision marks, the revised text is printed with an underline while revision bars do not print at all, regardless of the formatting selected in the Format Revision-Marks Options “inserted text:” field.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with Word Version 4.00. This problem was corrected in Word Version 5.00.
