SYMPTOMS
When you move an external hard disk from a computer running Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows 98 to a computer running Windows 2000, items in the Recycle Bin may not be displayed.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, the external hard disk must be reattached to a computer running Windows 95 or Windows 98 for the files to be displayed or access through the Recycle Bin.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
