== SYMPTOMS ==<br />
<br />
When you run Windows 2000 Setup from MS-DOS or Microsoft Windows 3.x, you are not prompted to select a language, and this may prevent you from configuring some of your regional options during the latter part of the setup process.<br />

== CAUSE ==<br />
<br />
The issue occurs because the Windows Setup program (Winnt.exe) does not support this feature. This feature is only available in the 32-bit version of Windows Setup, Winnt32.exe.<br />

== RESOLUTION ==<br />
<br />
To work around this issue, configuring your regional options after Setup finishes.<br />
