SYMPTOMS
When you install Microsoft Commercial Internet System (MCIS) 2.5, some registry keys may not be installed.
CAUSE
The registry keys are not installed during setup if the Clear All option is selected in the Select Feature dialog box and the MCIS HTML Mail Interface (HMI) feature or Personal Web Page (PWP) option is installed.
WORKAROUND
To resolve this problem, add the following registry keys and values.

To add the registry value, perform the following steps:
- Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
- Locate the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\MCIS25
- On the Edit menu, click Add Value, and then add the following registry values:
Value Name: InstallTo
Data Type: REG_SZ
Value: <drive letter>:\MCIS25Note: Please make sure to replace <drive letter> with the correct drive letter for your system.
Value Name: ProductVersion
Data Type: REG_SZ
Value: 8.0.344.0
Value Name: UserCompany
Data Type: REG_SZ
Value: Name of the company
Value Name: UserName
Data Type: REG_SZ
Value: Name of the user - Quit Registry Editor.
