SYMPTOMS
When you browse Help topics on the Index tab of Windows 2000 Help, the magnifier feature does not display highlighted selections as you scroll through the list.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, click the Type in the keyword to find dialog box, and then use the UP and DOWN ARROW keys to scroll through the list.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
MORE INFORMATION
This issue does not occur when you are viewing the Content, Search, or Favorites tab.
