SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Outlook to create New Contacts, including birthday and anniversary dates, and you then use Internet Explorer 5.x to log on to Outlook Web Access (OWA) to view birthday or anniversary dates in Contacts, a .bmp file of a calendar appears, but it does not contain birthday or anniversary information.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
