SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) to reply to a post that is located in the top of the information store (the message is located in the container that displays the mailbox name, as opposed to the Inbox or another folder), the reply may not be posted. You may receive one of the following error messages, depending on the browser that you use:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and later:

Resource Not Found
Earlier-version browsers, including Netscape Navigator 4.x and Internet Explorer 4.x:

HTTP 404 - Page not found

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
