SYMPTOMS
As the Administrators of Exchange 2000, if you run out of memory while the SMTP node is highlighted, you receive an empty dialog box with "SMTP" as a title. The SMTP dialog box contains no written text where the error message usually appears. If you click OK, the SMTP dialog box disappears.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
