SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to connect to the Internet, your computer may generate the following error message:
CAUSE
This issue can occur after you uninstall the Junior Net Firewall program.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact the manufacturer of the Junior Net Firewall program to inquire about the availability of a fix for this issue.
To work around this issue:
- Click Start, click Run, type system.ini, and then click OK.
- In the [386enh] section, type a semi-colon before the following line:
Device=C:\progra~1\junior~1\jrfrwall.vxd
- On the File menu, click Save, quit any running programs, and then restart your computer.
