SYMPTOMS
When you apply the Visual Basic for Applications ListTemplate property to an object that does not exist, Word may display an error message similar to the following:

To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).

ListTemplate is a collection of objects that represent the seven predefined list formats on each tab in the Bullets and Numbering dialog box (on the Format menu, click Bullets and Numbering).
