SUMMARY
When you create a user contact recipient in Active Directory, you must specify a Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server e-mail address to have an E-mail Address Recipient property page for the contact. You cannot add it later without creating a new contact.
MORE INFORMATION
To ensure a user contact recipient has an E-mail Address Recipient property page:
- Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Users and Computers.
- Right-click Users, point to New, and then click Contact.
- Type the contact name information in the New Object - Contact dialog box, and then click Next. At this point you must enter a target e-mail address or else the E-mail Address Recipient property page is not created.
This behavior is by design.
