SYMPTOMS
Unlike previous versions of Microsoft Exchange Server, in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server, the mailboxes are tied directly to the Microsoft Windows 2000 accounts. Therefore, you cannot create multiple mailboxes for each user.
WORKAROUND
One workaround for this problem is to mail-enable groups that contain a single user. Note that for large installations, this may not be a recommended solution.
