SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to manage a separate conferencing server that is located within a separate Windows 2000 site you may receive the following message, even though the conferencing site has previously been configured with a Site Conference Calendar mailbox:
The Conference Calendar Mailbox has not been designated for Conferencing at this site. Do you want to specify this account now?
CAUSE
This behavior can occur after you install Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server and attempt remote conferencing administration before Active Directory replication has occurred.
RESOLUTION
Wait until Active Directory replication is finished before you remotely administer an Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
