SYMPTOMS
When you are viewing the Contacts folder in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), when you right-click a contact, the standard Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 shortcut menu appears instead of a menu with the same functionality that you expect in Microsoft Outlook.
WORKAROUND
To perform actions on the contact, open the contact by double-clicking the contact.
STATUS
This feature is not available in Outlook Web Access in Exchange 2000.
