SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to open a Moving Pictures Experts Group (MPEG) attachment in the Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) client by using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, you may be prompted for your user name and password even though you are already logged on to your mailbox.
CAUSE
MPEG attachments open in a new browser process, which causes the authentication dialog box.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
