If you delete a folder of mail and then empty the '''Deleted Items''' folder, you must recover the entire folder in order to retrieve individual mail messages from that folder by using the '''Recover Deleted Items''' command. You cannot navigate through folders in the '''Recover Deleted Items From''' window.<br /><br />

This scenario applies only to Outlook clients logged on to a computer running Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 with Mail Archive/Retrieval feature enabled.<br /><br />
