Summary:

Microsoft Word versions 3.x will run on a Macintosh XL (Lisa). However, the program must be used with System software no earlier than the following:

  1. Finder version 5.3
  2. System version 3.2
  3. LaserWriter driver version 3.1
  4. ImageWriter driver version 2.3
  5. Chooser version 3.0

For the correct procedure to update this software for use with this hardware configuration, please contact the nearest Apple dealer.
