SYMPTOMS
If you use the Outlook object model to reference an item that requires a custom form, you may receive the following error message:
This may prevent the completion of your program.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).

The SR-1 update suppresses the warning message and loads the default form so that your program can continue.
