SYMPTOMS
When you change the column view in one of the folders in Outlook Express, such as the Inbox folder, the column view in all of the subfolders is also changed. Also, when you change the columns view in any subfolder, the change is applied to all of the subfolders and the Inbox folder.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
