Article Last Modified on 10/30/2006

APPLIES TO

This article was previously published under Q250759

SYMPTOMS

When you delete a Web folder that you have previously made available for offline access, Internet Explorer attempts to synchronize to the deleted folder next time you synchronize your offline folders.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, use Find Files or Folders to find any files still associated with the offline Universal Resource Locators (URLs) that you had deleted. Then delete all of the files that you find.
