SYMPTOMS

When you try to use the Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) feature after you upgrade from Outlook Express 4.x, you may not be able to do so.

CAUSE

This issue can occur because after you upgrade Outlook Express 4.x to Outlook Express 5 or later, the view "All Headers" feature may be disabled.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue and enable the BCC feature, click New Mail, and then click All Headers on the View menu.
