SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to play a song or video from the Microsoft PlayPack CD-ROM, you may receive the following error message:

No application is associated with this file type.

This behavior can occur if there is no program currently associated with the .wma file type.

To resolve this issue, install the most current version of Windows Media Player from the following Microsoft Web site:
