OL2000: Deleted Single Instance of Recurring Schedule+ Meeting Imports to Calendar

SYMPTOMS

If, in Microsoft Schedule+ version 7.0 or 7.5, you delete a single instance of a recurring appointment or meeting, and then import the data into Outlook, the deleted occurence appears in your Outlook calendar.

NOTE: The first instance of any recurring appointment or meeting will not import into the calendar.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1/SR-1a.
