SYMPTOMS
If you copy both the text and attachment from a Rich Text format message, and click the down arrow on the toolbar to display the next message, and then paste the items from the original message, any attempt to save the message with the new items may yield the following error:
The modified message cannot be saved.

To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
