SYMPTOMS
If Outlook is configured with the Internet E-mail Service and is open when you run batch files or program setups that use InstallShield, the performance of the setup program or batch file is drastically decreased. InstallShield is published by InstallShield Software Corporation.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
