SYMPTOMS
When you open the e-mail address properties for the recipients of a new message in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), you can edit two of the fields: Display Name and E-mail address. If you edit one or both of these properties when sending mail, recipients may not be able to perform a Reply All to this message because the name or address properties have been altered.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
