SYMPTOMS
When you create a recurring appointment with Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) that occurs on the 31st day of the month, any month that does not have 31 days in it does not have the appointment scheduled. When you create such an appointment in Microsoft Outlook, the appointment is scheduled on the last day of the month, instead of on the 31st.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
