XWEB: Outlook Web Access Users Cannot Save a Custom Entry in the Business Day Begins/Ends Field

Article ID: 249452

Article Last Modified on 2/26/2007

APPLIES TO

  • Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Standard Edition

This article was previously published under Q249452

SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), if you attempt to customize the Business Day Begins or the Business Day Ends value in the Options folder, you cannot save the custom value. The field only accepts the predefined values in the drop-down list.

For example, if you attempt to set the Business Day Begins value to 8:15 A.M., and the Business Day Ends value to 4:45 P.M., you cannot do so because the controls only accept the values from the drop-down list.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
