Restart the Windows 95-based computer.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Systems Management Server 2.0 Service Pack 3.

Clients running on platforms such as Japanese Windows 95 are still susceptible to this problem because the fix could not be implemented for Double Byte Character Set (DBCS) platforms. DBCS platforms having this problem must restart the computer.
