SYMPTOMS
When you start Microsoft Publisher 2000, you may receive the following error message:
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you are using Publisher 2000 on a Microsoft Windows 2000 Server-based computer and you do not belong to a group that has Full Control permissions for the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE registry key.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
