SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Office 2000, the following error message may appear when you try to use images from the ClipArt Gallery:
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the ClipArt Gallery registry is corrupted. The registry can become corrupted if either of the following occurs:
- The ClipArt Gallery (CAG) registry is incorrectly modified. -or-
- Part or all of Office 2000 has been unsuccessfully uninstalled.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).

To temporarily work around this problem, run the ClipArt Gallery Setup file, Artgalry.exe, which can be found in the following location
Drive\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Artgalry
where Drive is the drive where Office 2000 is installed.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1/SR-1a.
