This article was previously published under Q248566

SUMMARY

When you create a Rollover Web Effect in Microsoft PhotoDraw 2000, and then save the picture as a Web page, the Rollover effect behaves slightly differently depending upon the Web browser that you use to view the Web page.

MORE INFORMATION

When you open a Web page in Microsoft Internet Explorer, separate picture effects exist for each of the following events:

  • When the image is loaded, one picture is displayed.
  • When you roll your mouse over the image, another picture is displayed.
  • When you click the picture (this is also called a "mousedown" event), a third image is displayed.

When you open the Web page in a Netscape Web browser, a third image is not displayed when you click the picture because the Netscape browser does not interpret the mousedown event in the same manner as Internet Explorer.
