WORKAROUND

You must use a mouse or other pointing device.

STATUS

MORE INFORMATION

Recover Deleted Items is an add-in that works with Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.5 or later, and allows you to recover items that were deleted from your mailbox on the server.

Some items or folders may not be recoverable because the length of time that deleted items are stored on the server is set by your administrator. For public folders, the expiration date takes precedence over the length of time set by your administrator. This feature must be enabled on the Exchange Server by the administrator.

If you work primarily with offline folders, you must log on to your mailbox on the server to retrieve deleted items.
