SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to open a workbook in Microsoft Excel, you may receive the following error message:
CAUSE
The problem may occur under the following conditions:
- You point to Picture on the Insert menu, and then click From File and insert an enhanced metafile into an Excel workbook.
- The enhanced metafile is an anisotropic metafile.
- You open the Display tool in Control Panel and set the screen resolution to 1024 X 768.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
