SYMPTOMS
When you run a slide show on a multimonitor configuration, such as a 2-by-3 configuration, you may receive a general protection fault (GPF).
CAUSE
This problem occurs when an animation range is outside the screen area.
RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
