SYMPTOMS

When you press the Sleep hot key on one of the Microsoft Internet keyboards listed in the "Applies To" section, nothing may happen.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you install the Microsoft IntelliType Pro version 1.0 software on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install the Microsoft IntelliType Pro version 2.1 software. To download and install the Microsoft IntelliType Pro version 2.1 software, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
