SYMPTOMS
When you press the Web/Home hot key on one of the keyboards listed in the "Applies To" section, your Web browser may always start in a window, even when you expect it to start maximized.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if version 1.0 of the Microsoft IntelliType Pro software is installed on your computer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, install version 2.1 of the Microsoft IntelliType Pro software. Version 2.1 of the Microsoft IntelliType Pro software is available as a free download from the following Microsoft Web site:
