SYMPTOMS
If a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 3100 All-in-One printer is connected to a Windows 2000-based computer and you switch the port to point to a port that is not populated with a device, memory usage on the computer may begin to rise, eventually consuming all the available memory.
RESOLUTION
