SYMPTOMS
After you install an ATI LT Rage Pro video adapter as a secondary adapter, the ATI LT Rage Pro does not work. Windows 2000 detects it and loads the drivers, and Device Manager shows correct installation of both the primary adapter and the ATI LT Rage Pro secondary adapter. However, the Display Properties dialog box shows only the primary adapter, and there is no option for extending your desktop into the secondary monitor.
This behavior occurs on a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000.
