SYMPTOMS

When you save a file to a floppy disk or copy a file to a floppy disk on a computer running Windows 2000, you may receive the following error message:

Stop 0x000000D1(0x00000000,0x00000002,0x00000000,0xBF640C94)
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ADRRESS BF640C94 BASE AT BF63C000 DATESTAMP 36BAF86C INO_FLTR.SYS

NOTE: The fourth parameter, 0xBF640C94, may vary.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs when Inoculan for Windows NT 4.0 is installed on the server.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact Cheyenne to obtain the latest update for Inoculan.
