SYMPTOMS
When you try to create custom Help files for Connection Manager in Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional or Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, you are unable to do so.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because CMConfigEx does not support the creation of custom Help files.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional and Microsoft Windows 2000 Server.
