SUMMARY

In a Microsoft Works spreadsheet, to round a number to a set limit (for example, to the nearest .05), use the following formula:

=ROUND(value1(1/value2),0)value2

In the above formula, “value1” is the value (or reference of the value) to be rounded, and “value2” is the value to round to. For example, if value1 = 14.37 and value2 = .05, the result would be 14.35.
