SYMPTOMS
When you import a personal folders file (.pst) into another .pst file with the option Do not import duplicates selected, if the body text of a message that exists in both .pst files is changed in one .pst file but not the other, only one of the messages is imported.
WORKAROUND
You can import the .pst file again, using the Allow duplicates to be created option in the Import and Export Wizard, but duplicate items must then be deleted manually.
