SYMPTOMS

After you upgrade your computer from Microsoft Windows NT Workstation 4.0 to Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, the printer model names reflect those of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) drivers, not the new Microsoft universal printer driver (Unidrv).

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional.
