SYMPTOMS
When you try to install the Cirel Pocket Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) adapter on a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional or Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, the installation does not succeed.
CAUSE
This issue occurs because Windows 2000 does not support the Cirel Pocket ISDN adapter.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional and Microsoft Windows 2000 Server.
