SYMPTOMS

A specific query involving an inner join with multiple search clauses and a HAVING clause has been found to run slower on SQL Server 7.0 after Service Pack 1 was installed.

WORKAROUND

The workaround in this case was to reduce the number of search clauses.

STATUS
