Summary:
In Word versions 3.x, if you have a header that contains the formatting “Keep with Next Paragraph,” the header will not show in Page Preview or when printed out.
This problem was corrected in Word version 4.00.
To allow the header to print from Word 3.x, perform the following steps:
- Choose Open Header from the Document menu and select all of the text in the header window.
- Choose Paragraph from the Format menu.
- Click “Keep with Next Paragraph” until it is not selected (clear, not gray or checked).
- Click OK.
- Repeat steps 1 through 4 for each of the problem headers and/or footers.
