SYMPTOMS

In Windows NT Explorer or My Computer, you can share folders through the use of the Web Sharing tab when Personal Web Server (on Windows NT Workstation) or Internet Information Server (on Windows NT Server) is installed. CAUSE

The file W3ext.dll is unregistered.

To resolve this problem: from a command prompt, type regsvr32 w3ext.dll.
