When you attempt to start Clip Gallery 5.0, you may receive the following error message:

To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods.
Use the Microsoft Office Detect and Repair Utility
To use the Office Detect and Repair utility:
- Insert the Office 2000 Disc 1 CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive. When you insert the CD-ROM, press and hold down the SHIFT key to prevent Setup from starting automatically.
- Quit all Office programs that are running.
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- On the Install/Uninstall tab, click Microsoft
Office 2000 product

is the name of the Office product installed on the computer. - Click Repair Office.
- Click Repair errors in my Office installation, and then click to select the Restore my shortcuts check box.
- Click Finish.
Reinstall Damaged Files
To rename and reinstall files that may be damaged:
- Quit all Office programs that are running.
- Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files or Folders.
- In the Named box, type msvcp60.dll.
- In the Look in box, click My Computer, and then click Find Now.
- In the list of found files, right-click the Msvcp60.dll file, and then click Rename.
- Type msvcp60.old, and then press ENTER.
- Repeat steps three through six for each of the following files:
- Msvcrtl.dll
- Msvcrt40.dll
- Mfc42.dll
- Remove Office.
