SYMPTOMS
When you try to run a cron job from INTERIX, you may find that it does not run.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, do one or more of the following:
- Add the cron user to the Cronadmin utility.
- Type service list to see if the cron service is running.
- Correct the time format. The format should be in the following order: minute, hour, day of month, month of year.
- Compare the user's name letter case and spelling by typing the following:
cronadmin list $ps -e -o comm,user=longenoughnamesolongnameprints
